Wonderful massage very firm but I asked for that as I have pain from an accident years ago and have neck back and arm pain for a day or two after I was a little sore but now my neck is much more flexible and my shoulders and neck feel much better the feeling is a cross between and massage and physiotherapy but I'm sure you can ask for a more gentle massage if you prefer.I would recommend to anyone I will be going back again in a week or two

I had an incredible experience! I went into this massage feeling extremely tense and tight, and left feeling completely renewed.
The therapist struck a perfect balance between deep, soothing and restorative technique… but what amazed me most was how effective it was without leaving any bruising or soreness afterwards.

I have had a few therapeutic massages with Noi. She works on the meridian lines and presses very firmly on them which can be uncomfortable at times but the the results are amazing. My body is quite stressed and I have dystonia. I come away feeling so much better and relaxed. I highly recommend Noi, she is lovely and very professional.

I recently experienced my first Thai Therapeutic Massage and it exceeded my expectations in both depth and therapeutic effect.
The therapist began with a brief consultation to assess my physical condition and took time to understand my specific concerns explaining the philosophy behind the treatment.
Once the session began I was guided through a series of passive stretches and deep compressions applied with fingers, palms, elbows and knees along the meridian lines.
Unlike conventional massage that target muscle knots alone this treatment felt like it was working at a much deeper level. The focus on the meridian lines was completely new to me but the therapist guided me through it checking often to ensure I was OK.
By the end of the session I felt more open, lighter, even emotionally calmer. I will definately return for further sessions.

I visited Noi for the first time yesterday. I have been suffering from sciatica pain on my right side for a long time, I have tried certain exercises recommended with little change.
After one session with Noi I can feel a difference and a definite improvement, amazing I think she must have magic hands. I would think another couple of sessions will see a complete improvement and I cannot wait to be pain free once more.
I would strongly recommend if you are suffering discomfort of some sort, then let Noi help you out.

I have been suffering from a chronic condition for the past five years ,which causes pain on the right side of my face every single day. This pain also causes tightness in my neck and right arm making daily life quite uncomfortable. After receiving the massage, I felt so much lighter. The facial pain noticeably eased , And my body felt more flexible and energetic. The stiffness in my neck and arm also reduced significantly. have had many different types of massage before including Thai, but this was my first Meridian Thai massage, and I was very impressed with the technique. I expected it to be painful but it wasn't, I felt a sense of calm and deep relaxation throughout. I suffer with migraines and anxiety, so I had the longevity massage and this was exactly what my body needed. Encountering Noi was, in fact, the latest and luckiest in a series of “lucky breaks” that followed me breaking my neck eighteen months ago…

No, really: initially paralysed from the neck down after the severe damage to my cervical spine, I subsequently received enough expert orthopedic, neurological, physiotherapy and moral support to get me back to walking and using my hands over the course of several months. The phrase “lottery win” was how many doctors put the outcome.

I was, however, left suffering from long-term neck and shoulder pain, numbed hands, muscle loss and lingering balance issues. I needed further intense, targeted interventions through serious manipulation or massage. Encouraged by those very serious medical specialists who helped me originally, I started to look into the underlying science of certain oriental practices I’d hitherto regarded with some scepticism.

The next “lottery win” was to encounter Noi at a social event. She asked how I was… then gave me twenty minutes impromptu arm and hand “nerve line therapy.” The result was an incredible, sudden improvement in sensation. I booked our first formal session, naturally. So, I’ve had a couple of lessons in counting my blessings recently. I can honestly say that Noi is a very significant and welcome one. Her approach to her art combines natural sensitivity, physical precision, strength, serious commitment to study and practice; and a genuinely charming personality. I recommend her with the utmost enthusiasm.

I love having massages. As I have paresthesia, when I have a massage I always get bruises on my skin easily. I have been massaged by Noi many times, I have never had any bruises. I had a full body deep muscle massage. I'm not saying it didn't hurt a bit but Noi released knots everywhere, I didn't even know existed as I had grown used to the pain. I'm a little sore the day after, but the aches and pain I had are so much better. I will continue to see Noi as 1 session isn't enough to solve the problem completely and I felt so relaxed during and after. Highly recommend this morw than physio. Thankyou so much Noi. This was a 50th birthday present from a friend and I had such a wonderful experience. When I told Noi it was my 50th birthday, she gave me extra time! She was kind and professional, with great customer service and very highly skilled. She explained what she was doing at every stage and answered all my questions. She checked regularly that I wasn't in any discomfort. The venue was beautiful and comfortable. Like many of her other clients, I slept really well that night and wasn't woken up at 3am with lower back and hip pain. I know this isn't going to be a quick fix so I will be going back for further treatment. Thank you Noi!
